Pretty INC operates on the following business principles…
1) Zero digital marketing – Zero spam: We will never send you an e-mail unless you asked us to. Should we get your email for purpose X we will not use it for purpose Y.
2) Customer Service 24 hrs: briolinguistics@gmail.com
3) We use Paypal. We never receive your credit card details and you can easily get a refund from Paypal. (Update: we are currently using Patreon therefore we still don’t receive your credit card details).
4) Total confidentiality:
i) All products are detailed on bills, invoices and statements with the names of language learning courses such as “Brio Linguistics – level 1!” (Update: we are currently using Patreon therefore ‘Patreon’ appears on your invoice.)
ii) If you want to leave the program you simply stop doing the assignments. Nobody will question your absence and you will never receive another email. Confidentiality is fundamental to our business. (Do be aware, though, that you cannot stop doing the assignments and then suddenly reappear a couple of months later.)
Ground rules…
i. You are prohibited from announcing or making any change to your life (for example, announcing to the world that you’re transitioning) which will affect your health, current romantic relationship, friendships, career or financial well-being until the course has finished and you have discussed it with Elle!
Furthermore, if it involves anything of a medical/psychological nature, you must discuss it with the relevant qualified expert.
ii. You must be at least 21 years old to do the S Farm course and 18 yrs of age for Pretty INC.
iii. You must not do this course if you have a history of any mental illness in the schizoaffective category.
iv. Elle doesn’t do requests, videos, photos, tips, wishlists.
